There are various reasons when private 1:1 yoga is appropriate and essential. All bodies are different with muscular and skeletal variances and private yoga is ideal to address these. It's a partnership and we develop a practice that is accessible and adaptable for you which is hard to do in a public class setting. In addition, If you have mental/emotional/social distress, private yoga can provide a safe space to address those.

In addition to 1:1 sessions, I also teach semi-private small groups. Gathering a group of friends/family or a group for a special event can be just what you need as an act of self care and as a way to create community.
